How to become a customer of Accessory Line

General Terms and Conditions

Preamble

All trade relations between Accessory Line and customers are governed exclusively by these general conditions of sale. Any exceptions or special conditions must be agreed in writing with the sales management of Accessory Line. These general conditions, as well as any special conditions, shall be considered to have been accepted by the Customer even if they differ from the general or specific conditions of the Customer's purchase. Accessory Line shall be bound by special conditions of purchase only if these have been expressly accepted in writing. Accessory Line only considers customers to be companies whose main business includes one of the following:

  • resellers, consultants, distributors of computer products
  • resellers, distributors of electronic consumer products
  • resellers, distributors of telephony products

These general conditions of sale are subject to change, without notice, and shall be effective from the date of publication on the website www.accessoryline.it

Pricing and availability

Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the prices of products sold by Accessory Line are those published on the website www.accessoryline.it Prices may be modified without notice and are ex warehouse. They exclude VAT and taxes, transport charges and payment charges. The availability of products and dates referring to product availability are updated every 15 minutes from Monday to Friday.

Ordering Products

The minimum order amount accepted by Accessory Line is 250 euros + VAT Orders accepted by Accessory Line by registered customers are those received through the website www.accessoryline.it.it or sent to: orders@accline.it or faxed to: +39-0422-377150.Orders placed through the secure area of the website shall take priority over other orderssince these transactions are automated. The customer may check that the order has been placed within the secure area in the "orders" section. An order confirmation will be sent by email to the address supplied by the customer. This address can be changed by the customer in the registration form of the secure area. Total or partial cancellations should be requested via: orders@accline.it or faxed to: +39-0422-377150, the acceptance of these cancellations will be confirmed by Accessory Line in writing.

Order Processing and Delivery Terms

All orders are subject to approval and acceptance by Accessory Line, regarding both quantity and delivery terms.Accessory Line shall not be liable for any delays or incomplete deliveries. All orders, unless otherwise stated shall be shipped postage paid, with transport costs detailed on the invoice. The transport costs for Europe are free. For other countries, please contact the account reference or write to: orders@accline.it.Accessory Line shall only be liable for delivery of shipments made through couriers contracted by the company. Accessory Line shall not be held liable for any missing products and / or damage to goods transported through couriers selected by the customer. For any discrepancy and / or anomaly detected on delivery, the customer must accept the goods and highlight the item details on the delivery note and report the issue promptly by email to: shipping@accline.it.

Terms of payment

Unless payment conditions have been otherwise agreed on with the sales management of Accessory Line, payments are to be made in advance by credit card or bank transfer. When paying by credit card or bank transfer, when the goods are ready for shipment, the customer shall receive a proforma invoice by email, with instructions on how to proceed with the payment. In the event of a customer's payment being declined, Accessory Line may withhold shipment of the goods.

Returns of used goods or DOA

To return faulty items and / or DOA goods, the customer must follow the online RMA request procedure. Such goods may be sent to Accessory Line only after receiving the RMA authorisation number and shipping instructions. If the customer fails to indicate the RMA authorisation number on the shipping documents and the packaging, Accessory Line's warehouse shall reject the goods. Returns must be sent with postage paid to the Accessory Line warehouse within 20 days of issue of the RMA authorisation number.

Returns

Any returned goods must be agreed on with the Accessory Line sales department, who shall assign a COMMERCIAL RMA authorisation number for the return of goods and shipping instructions which must be sent postage paid by courier within 20 days from the authorisation.If the customer fails to indicate the RMA authorisation number on the shipping documents and the packaging, Accessory Line's warehouse shall reject the goods. The goods must be intact and in perfect condition, without labels on the packaging and / or scratches, for ease oftheir removal. Accessory Line reserves the right at its sole discretion to credit 70% of the price of returned products that are not received in perfect condition.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed on with the sales management of Accessory Line, the following payment methods are accepted:

Bank transfer:
in case of bank transfer, the customer shall first receive an order confirmation by email. Once the goods are ready for shipment, a proforma invoice will be sent by email, containing instructions on how to proceed with the payment. Accessory Line will proceed to process the order after receiving confirmation ofpayment with the CRO number. This must be sent by email to: orders@accline.it or by fax to: +39-0422-377150. Payment confirmation must be verified within the banking system for final approval. While awaiting final approval, the goods will be stored for a maximum of 7 working days.
Credit Card:
Online Visa and MasterCard credit card payments are accepted. In case of payment by credit card the total order price shall be processed (not partial). It is therefore recommended to purchase only products that are available at the time. Customers will receive order confirmation by email, and once the goods are ready for shipment, a proforma invoice will be sent, with the link to the secure payment area.

Shipments and Delivery

Shipment Tracking
On dispatch, the goods will be sent to the address specified in the customer's supplied details. Notification of shipment will be sent with product details and tracking information provided by the carrier in order to track the status of the delivery.
Transportation Risks:
Accessory Line is liable for defects or irregularities found in goods if delivered using couriers of the company's own choice. For all other cases, goods are delivered at the recipient's own risk. If any discrepancy and / or irregularity is detected upon delivery, the customer must accept the goods and highlight the item details on the delivery note and report the issue promptly by email to: shipping@accline.it.
Disputes:
For any dispute, the court of Treviso shall be the competent court.
